Im Toby from Accra, Ghana

I’m definitely looking to improve my listing and get more insights from experienced hosts.

Right now, my biggest concern is
maximizing bookings and making my listing stand out while ensuring guests have a seamless experience.

Feel free to tell me what I can do to improve my listing

Nice to meet you.

It might be best not to post your Wi-Fi password or a screenshot of Netflix.

Hi Toby

It looks lovely, but it looks staged and Ai'd. Sorry if I'm wrong. Couple of things, why don't people take photos with the curtains open, flooded with light and turn the TV off.

You're described as 3 bed, 3.5 bath, but your blurb says: 2 bed, 2.5 bath, and you repeat yourself. Keep it shorter, I was bored about half-way and gave up reading.

I don't see services and experiences hosts yet? When they land, how will we see them? Additional community forum tabs? I'm trying to introduce locals to our host club. Thanks! Dom. - NJ Homes Host Club

Hi everyone,

Ever wish you had a space to talk through the unique situations that come up while hosting? That's exactly what the Host Circle is for.

👉Go to the Community Forum side bar, click on “Host Circle” and hit “Join” button to get access. Without hitting “Join”, you won't be able to see or participate in the conversations (or you can also click here to view Host Circle.)

There are guests who have booked with me and, for some reason beyond my control, don't arrive or don't check in to the accommodation. The problem is that they leave reviews with malice and frustration. I think that if they don't use the accommodation, they shouldn't leave reviews, because they harm the Hosts.

Hi . In that case, you can ask Airbnb, through Support, to remove that review for not complying with the rules, providing justification.

Best,

Juan

Hi,

I manage a property in Reims and am currently looking for a trusted person who could provide housekeeping services.

Who could help me with this search?

Good evening,

I have just received a warning from Airbnb because I received a 3-star review from a guest. And that I may have stated untruths in my listing.

I would like to clear this up immediately;

I also got that with a 4-star rating – "See what you can improve" – even though 4 stars means "very good." It's all automated.

Hi @Danielle402.

I agree with @Emilie1, and please note that Hosts who receive a 4* review, supposedly "very good", get exactly the same automated email. It's also very discouraging!

If there was ever any doubt, the only rating acceptable to Airbnb is 5*. Any rating below this results in this warning.
